Augmented Reality

​Assignment: Design visitor's addition to Le Corbusier's Villa Stein. Functions as visitor building.

​Precedent: Experimental House by Alvar Aalto

Concept: Phenominal Transparency; Augmented Reality- as the collage shows, some elements of historic significance can be projected onto the site to add to the tourist attraction; tourists can feel they are a part of the demonstration

Design: "decomposing" form from front to back, phenominal transparency, framing (of background facade), and the "drawer-like" push/pull of formal elements. Incorporates Le Corbusier's "Five Points of Architecture."
